- Onboarding/install detects existing mise installs, auto-activates on macOS and Windows, and blocks new project creation until setup finishes with clearer messaging.

- Recent projects verify paths before opening so moved or deleted folders no longer break navigation.
- Chat no longer auto-creates empty conversations or auto-opens the Git panel when loading a project.
